BERG XL B.Pure Blue BFR go-kart
The blue kart on the XL frame, with BERG's BFR hub: pedal forwards to go, pedal backwards to brake, and it can reverse. The XL is the largest frame we sell and the only one BERG rates for an adult, so a parent or a teenager can pedal it too.

Is it the right size?
BERG rates the XL for 5 years to adult. BERG's guides overlap: the Buddy covers 3 to 8, the Rally 4 to 12 and the XL 5 to adult, so between four and twelve a child fits more than one frame.
Where two fit, a smaller child is happier on the smaller kart now, and a tall one gets more years from the bigger kart. If older brothers and sisters or a parent will want a turn, that points to the XL.

As a present
- It arrives boxed, so it can be hidden until the day.
- For Christmas 2026, order an in-stock kart by Wednesday 16 December and it is delivered before Christmas.
- In-stock orders can be collected from our warehouse, by appointment, until 12 noon on Christmas Eve.
Where it can be ridden
On a garden, a yard, a private driveway or other quiet private ground. Never on a public road, however quiet it looks. Keep an adult near younger riders, and keep a kart away from anywhere machinery or cars are moving.
You have 14 days to return it. You pay the return delivery for a change of mind; we pay it for faulty, damaged or wrong goods. We keep genuine BERG spare parts.
Questions people ask
What age is the BERG XL B.Pure Blue BFR for?+
BERG's age guide for the XL is 5 years to adult. Age guides assume a child of ordinary height, so if yours is tall or small for their age, tell us their height and we will say which frame we would pick.
Is it a pedal kart or a motor kart?+
A pedal kart. The rider's legs drive it and there is no motor. It is for a garden, a yard or other private ground, and must never be ridden on a public road.
How much is delivery?+
Nothing. Every go-kart is delivered free in Ireland. Karts are held in our own Irish warehouse and delivered within 48 hours.
Does it come assembled?+
No. It arrives boxed, and BERG's manual covers putting it together. Leave yourself time before a birthday or Christmas morning.
What warranty does it have?+
BERG's manufacturer warranty. Ask us for BERG's current warranty terms on karts and we will send them before you order.
