An in-ground or FlatGround trampoline sits low, so it takes up less of the view from the house. It needs the same clear ground around it, and an installer does the groundwork.

The PlayBase Wall fixes to a wall and stands 1 m deep, so it takes swings, rings and a climbing wall where a trampoline will not go.

On this site a small, or compact, garden is one where the longest run of clear, level ground is 7 m or less. A trampoline's size is only part of what it needs: add 4 m to its length and to its width for BERG's clearance. So a 2.7 m trampoline needs 6.7 m each way.
If you have a little more room, the medium garden page starts at 11ft. If you are not sure, the size guide shows how to measure, and a free garden consultation will settle it from photos.
The smallest we sell is 200 cm across. With BERG's 2 m of clear space on every side it needs 6.0 m of level ground each way.
BERG's manual asks for at least 2 m clear of trees, fences and other obstacles on every side, and 7 m of clear height. We work to that figure. If the garden will not give it, a smaller size or a PlayBase is the better answer.
No. It sits lower and looks smaller, but BERG's clearances are the same, so the ground it needs is the same as the above-ground model of that size.
An oval or rectangular trampoline uses length better than a round one. Most of those are longer than this page allows for, so look at the medium garden page and check the width needed for each.
Measure the level part of the garden, not the whole lawn, and take the shortest clear run between fences, walls, trees and the house. The size guide walks through it, or send us photos and we will check it for you.
Send us a couple of photos and rough measurements. We will say what fits and give you a delivered price. It is free and there is no obligation.
