    The short version

    • Awesome Trampolines is a place to choose BERG products. Ordering and payment happen on a different website, our main shop.
    • There is nothing to register for and no login on awesometrampolines.com.
    • The consultation form writes an email on your device. We receive it only if you send it.
    • No advertising cookies are set here.
    • Until you write to us or phone us, we hold no personal details about you.

    Who the data controller is

awesometrampolines.com is operated by Trampolines Ireland, a business based in Ireland. Trampolines Ireland is the data controller for personal data that comes to us by way of this site, and Irish and EU data protection law applies to it.

For anything to do with your data, write to trampolines@esi-ltd.ie or phone 01 960 1641.

Postal address of our office: 77 Lower Camden Street, St Kevin's, Dublin 2, D02 XE80.

    Looking around the site

You can read every shop-by page, product page and guide without telling us who you are. Since the site has no account, basket or checkout, it never asks for a password, a delivery address or card details.

    The consultation form

Answers typed into the garden consultation form stay in your browser. The button passes them to the email app on your device, which opens a message addressed to us. You can change it, attach photos or close it unsent. It reaches us as an ordinary email, and only once you send it.

    Emails and phone calls

An email gives us your email address and whatever you put in it. That is usually a name, a phone number, a county or Eircode, children's ages, and photos and measurements of a garden. A phone call gives us what you tell us, plus your number if we need to ring back.

We use this to do what you asked: recommend a product, quote a price, arrange a collection time or deal with a question about an order. Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) our legal grounds are our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and taking steps at your request before a purchase.

We do not sell personal details or hand them to anyone for their own marketing. If you ask about having a trampoline fitted, we give you an independent installer's contact details. Whether you get in touch with them is your choice. We keep an enquiry while it, or an order that follows from it, is still open. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

    Orders and payment

Buying is done on TrampolinesIreland.com. That shop takes the order, the delivery address and the payment under its own privacy policy, which is worth reading before you pay. Links from here to the shop carry a short tag that records that the visitor came from awesometrampolines.com and which link was used. The tag holds no information about you as a person.

    Hosting

The pages are served by a hosting provider. Like any web server, it may keep a routine log of requests: IP address, time, page asked for and browser type. These logs are used to keep the site working and to protect it.

Fonts, product photos and links out

    • The two typefaces, Fredoka and Nunito Sans, come from Google Fonts. Your browser fetches them from Google, so Google receives your IP address with that request.
    • Many product photos are fetched from our shop's image servers, which see the same kind of request.
    • Links to our shop and to our Google reviews take you off this site. Once you arrive, that site's privacy policy is the one that counts.

    Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies. If analytics is ever added, this page will say so before it is switched on.

    Your rights

Under the GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, ask us to restrict how it is used, object to its use, and ask for it in a form you can take elsewhere. To do any of that, email trampolines@esi-ltd.ie.

If something about our handling of your data bothers you, tell us and we will try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission, the supervisory authority in Ireland: dataprotection.ie.

    Updates

If the way this site handles data changes, this page is rewritten and the date at the top is changed.
