Everything on this site is sent by courier, to all 32 counties, north and south. The table below gives the short version: what you order, how it travels, what that costs and how long it takes.

The rule behind the table: orders over €300 are delivered free and smaller ones cost €11.99, with go-karts free in every case. The date is confirmed when you order, and each product's page on our shop shows whether it is in stock.

1. Sign for it
The haulier for your county brings the pallet to the kerbside. An adult has to be there to sign, so pick a day when somebody is home.
2. Check the docket
Walk around the boxes before the pen comes out. Anything torn, crushed or missing goes in writing on the docket, and then to us inside 24 hours.
3. Move the boxes
Carrying the boxes from the kerb to the garden is down to you. Trampoline boxes are long and heavy, so line up a helper. The pallet stays behind for you to keep.
The products arrive boxed. We supply and deliver, and the building is yours to do with BERG's manual, which is in the box. An in-ground or FlatGround trampoline also needs groundwork: see who installs an in-ground trampoline.
Access for a pallet lorry
Pallets travel on a lorry that is bigger than the van that brings a parcel. Most addresses are no trouble. Three things are worth telling us about when you order, so the haulier can plan for them:
- a narrow lane on the way to the house
- a low bridge on the route
- a long drive that is not paved

Who delivers in your county
Pallets move through The Pallet Network, and the last leg is done by a local haulier. This table lists the haulier for each of the 32 counties and the depot it works from, which can be over the county line. The last column opens the list of towns for that county on TrampolinesIreland.com, our main shop.

Haulier names were taken from our shop's delivery pages in October 2026. Cork has three. Ask when you order if you want to know which one is carrying yours.
Collection, by appointment
An order can be picked up from our warehouse if that suits you better. Collection is by appointment only: ring 01 960 1641 (Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm) and we will set a time.
Returns
Returns are accepted for 14 days. For a change of mind, the cost of sending it back is yours. For anything faulty, damaged or wrong, the cost is ours.
Christmas 2026
Order an in-stock model by Wednesday 16 December and it is delivered before Christmas. In-stock orders can also be collected from our warehouse, by appointment, up to 12 noon on Christmas Eve. More on the Christmas gifts page.

Questions people ask
Is there a delivery charge on a BERG trampoline?+
No. Orders over €300 are delivered free, and each of the 89 trampolines we list costs more than €300. The price on the tile is what you pay to have it brought to your kerb, in any of the 32 counties.
How soon will a go-kart arrive?+
Within 48 hours, and delivery is free on every kart whatever its price. We confirm the day when the order is placed.
What does delivery cost on a swing seat or an anchor kit?+
Ordered on its own, an accessory or anchor kit under €300 carries a charge of €11.99. Put it in the same order as a trampoline, a kart or a PlayBase frame and it travels free.
Where is the pallet left?+
At the kerbside outside your address. Someone signs for it there. Getting the boxes from the kerb to the back garden is your job, so have a second adult or a sack truck ready. The pallet is left with you.
Does someone have to be at home?+
Yes. The driver needs a signature, so an adult must be there. We confirm the date when you order, which lets you arrange for someone to be in.
A box looks crushed. Should I sign?+
Write what you see on the driver's docket first, then sign. Tell us within 24 hours, with a photo if you can. Damaged, faulty or wrong goods are put right at our cost.
Will a pallet lorry get down our road?+
It is a larger vehicle than a parcel van. Tell us at the time of ordering about a narrow lane, a low bridge or a long unpaved drive and we pass it to the haulier. If you live on an island, ring 01 960 1641 before you order.
Does the trampoline arrive built?+
No. Everything arrives boxed, with BERG's manual inside, and the building is done by you or by someone you hire. For an in-ground or FlatGround trampoline we can pass you the details of an independent installer, who prices the job with you directly.
